Breakfast- smoothie
1st break - pork rinds with homemade fermented salsa, and some cheese
Lunch - leftover grilled beef and more cheese
2nd break - an apple
Dinner - chicken breast sautéed with green beans in Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice with salt and pepper.
