Breakfast- smoothie 

1st break- mixed nuts and some kojak cheese

Lunch- leftover grilled beef 

2nd break- a hard boiled egg 

Dinner- I was "bad" and had lasagna! I haven't had it in a very long time. It tasted sweet. 😕



My fitness tracking app says I've had a 3-day streak of hitting my 8k/day step goal. Isn't it nice the way it tries to encourage me? 😉
