Sat Dec 9 2017

Breakfast- smoothie 

1st break- pork rinds and salsa

Lunch- leftover pork and some cheese

2nd break- mixed nuts and an apple

Dinner- beans and wieners 

I worked almost 60 hours this week!


My cousin Joanna sent me some lavender Epsom salts, so I took a hot bath tonight.
