Breakfast smoothie 

1st break mixed nuts, chicharrones and homemade fermented salsa

Lunch ham and cheese on a low carb tortilla with a kale salad with green leafy sprouts

2nd break mixed nuts and popcorn

3rd break mixed nuts

Dinner was a crock pot special. Pork loin cooked all day with chicken broth, red lentils and green & yellow split peas, with konbudashi mushrooms, salt & pepper, and some bouquet garni. Yum!
