Breakfast- smoothie 

1st break - pork rinds with homemade fermented salsa and mixed nuts 

Lunch - ham and provolone on a low carb tortilla with ranch dressing

2nd break - an apple 

Dinner- the last of the leftover lentil and split pea with pork soup 

In other news, I got rear-ended on my way home from work today . We don't need the hassle or the expense (deductible) right now 👎😞, but I seem to be unhurt 👍.
