Breakfast: smoothie
1st break: cheese and mixed nuts
Lunch: ham & cheese with Ranch on a low carb tortilla
2nd break: a hard boiled egg
Dinner: beans and wieners
My fitness tracker’s battery died at 3pm, so that’s when it stopped tracking.
