Breakfast - smoothie

1st break - pork rinds with homemade fermented salsa

Lunch - leftover lentil & split pea with pork soup and a Spring Greens salad with green leafy sprouts and tomatoes

2nd break - hard boiled egg

Dinner - more soup!
