Breakfast - smoothie 

1st break - pork rinds with homemade fermented salsa and mixed nuts

Lunch - leftover grilled beef, plus a spring greens salad with green leafy sprouts and tomatoes 

2nd break - mixed nuts and a hard boiled eggs 

Dinner - beans and wieners 

My fitness tracker's battery went dead today at about 7am, so I don't have step data. It's been charging since I got home, so I'll have sleep data in the morning. 

Here's the steps until the battery went out.
