Breakfast: smoothie
1st break: kojak cheese and mixed nuts
Lunch: turkey and cheese with ranch on a low carb tortilla
2nd break: a hard boiled egg
Dinner: pizza! And a Milano cookie for dessert.
Lots of steps today!
