I forgot to take a weight picture this morning, and my tracker was charging all night so I don't have any sleep data. 🤷‍♀️

Breakfast- smoothie 

1st break- chicharrones with homemade fermented salsa 

Lunch- leftover grilled pork and some kojak cheese

2nd break- a hard boiled egg and some mixed nuts

Dinner- grilled pork
