Breakfast- smoothie 

1st break- chicharonnes (pork rinds) with homemade fermented salsa

Lunch- ham & provolone with ranch on a low carb tortilla, and some mixed nuts

2nd break- a hard boiled egg

Dinner- grilled pork chop topped with grated asiago cheese and some steamed peas with butter, salt, & pepper

In other news, my arms & abs are starting to show some definition from all the lifting, tugging, heaving, & ho-ing I'm doing! ๐Ÿ’ช If only my flabby underarms would go away (but they won't - they're a legacy of age and weight gain, I'm afraid). ๐Ÿ˜ž

Muscle weighs more than fat, so that may also explain the slight stagnation in scale numbers I've seen lately. No matter - all this activity is good for me! ๐Ÿ‘
