Breakfast- smoothie
1st break- cheese and nuts
Lunch- leftover rotisserie chicken, cheese, and nuts
2nd break- a hard boiled egg and a TREAT! I had 2 Milano cookies with dark chocolate. Yum!
Dinner- leftover grilled beef
