Breakfast: smoothie 

1st break: kojak cheese and macadamia nuts

Lunch: turkey and provolone on a low carb tortilla and a salad of "spring greens"

2nd break: a hard boiled egg 

Dinner: grilled pork and a salad of "spring greens" with a homemade vinaigrette dressing
