Breakfast smoothie 

1st break mixed nuts & a hard boiled egg

Lunch ham & cheese on a low carb tortilla with a kale salad with green leafy sprouts

2nd break popcorn! (Provided by HR as a treat)

3rd break more popcorn! 

Dinner leftover rotisserie chicken and some cheese
