My first break today was at 9:30. I ate some macadamia nuts and a hard-boiled egg.
Lunch was at 11:30. I had some turkey and cheese in a low-carb tortilla and a kale salad with pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries with a bit of poppyseed dressing.
My last break was at 3:30. I had some plain yogurt and some kojak cheese.
Dinner at home was beans and weenies.
According to my fitness tracker, I walked a lot more than usual today, but I didn't feel like I walked a lot. Today was mostly training, so I didn't walk as much as I expect I will once I get up to speed. Still, 8000+ steps is a lot! 🤗
