In other news. I started some home-frozen (that is, not store-bought frozen) strawberries to ferment to add to my smoothies. The previous batch I tried to make got moldy so I had to throw it away. Pretty sure that's because I didn't use a weight to keep the solid stuff under the liquid. I won't make that mistake again! You can see the little jar I use as a weight in this pic. 👍
