Breakfast: smoothie

Lunch at Subway: salad - spinach & lettuce with turkey, ham, & egg, plus tomato, pickles, & Parmesan, with oil & vinegar. 

 

Snacks: kojak cheese & mixed nuts

Other things: I rinsed and renewed the water on my bean sprouts & transferred the little seeds to a sprouting tray.
