Lunch at Subway: Club sandwich as a salad. Turkey, ham, & provolone (double meat, double cheese), with spinach, tomato, & pickles, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar, avocado, & Parmesan cheese.
Dinner: beef tri-tip sautéed in seasoned chicken broth with onions & garlic, mixed beans, garbanzos, lentils & mung beans, konbudashi-pickled mushrooms, and dilly purple cauliflower, with a side of sauerkraut.
In other news, yes I feel much better today! 👍
