Breakfast/lunch: smoothie

Dinner: bunless double cheeseburger with bacon. Got it from a vendor at the farmer's market. The young man (high school age?) who took my order was super confused when I said "no bun" and never truly recovered, so it took a few tries to explain what I wanted. Lol!

Snacks: kojak cheese & mixed nuts 

Also: cycled my kefir. Got my hair cut too, finally!
