Breakfast: smoothie

No lunch

For dinner, Brianne baked 2 chicken thighs seasoned with salt, pepper, Tuscan Italian seasoning. I harvested all my beans & sautéed some mixed beans, lentils & mungs, plus some garbanzo beans with some onion & garlic and some hrudka (which I'm now calling "egg brain" because it's shaped like a brain and made of egg - it tastes like Japanese tamago) in the last of my konbudashi. Served this with sides of sauerkraut and pickled carrots & daikon. Yum!
