Tues, May 16

No breakfast

Lunch: smoothie

Dinner: low carb tortilla with tuna salad (tuna mixed with ranch dressing, sesame seeds, & dill) and green leafy sprouts. And a hunk of kojak cheese. 

Other things:
I harvested the green leafy sprouts. 
I made konbudashi-pickled mushrooms & onions again and put them in a jar in the fridge. Can't wait to use them and the konbudashi! Yum! 👍
