Breakfast: smoothie, with added strawberries from the farmer's market
Lunch: low carb tortilla with Parmesan artichoke garlic spread from the farmer's market, green leafy sprouts, & 2 chunks of kojak cheese.
Snacks: Parmesan spread with chiccarones, plus mixed nuts.
