Sun, May 28

Breakfast: smoothie 

Lunch: kojak cheese, mixed nuts, & Parmesan "whisps" chips. The whisps were pretty good. Nice and crunchy and savory. I think they'd make really good "croutons" on salads!

 

Dinner: leftover beef & beans from last Monday night, plus cheese & more mixed nuts.
