Tuesday, Apr 11

Breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs and a cup of plain Greek yogurt. 

Lunch was at the Denver airport. I stopped at McDonald's and got a Bacon Ranch Chicken salad with crispy chicken. 

Snacks on the planes were the bags of honey roasted peanuts. 

No dinner because I got distracted. 😕

I weighed myself when I got home & it's not terrible. I expected to gain weight while gone (or at least not lose weight) simply because I had less control over what I ate. 

 

Back to my regular diet tomorrow! 👍
