Today was kind of a wash in terms of the diet.
Breakfast at the hotel was scrambled eggs plus 2 small containers of Activia yogurt which were 16 g of carb each!! 😱
Lunch at today's bell event was Chinese chicken salad which is delicious, but also sweet, so there's probably sugar in the dressing.
I drank something like 4 or 5 cans of Coke Zero today.
Dinner was a mushroom Swiss burger with no bun and with fruit on the side, so that's good, except that I had 2 glasses of Firestone 805 beer.
I expect a bit of a spike in my weight over the next few days.
