Travel day, Apr 5

Breakfast smoothie, except with no chia or flax seeds because I used the last yesterday (Tues) and didn't make more since I'll be gone for a week. 

Lunch at Burbank airport. Caprese salad with avocado and leafy green Sprouts. And a beer. 

Snacks for the plane were unsalted cashews and an "energy protein mix" of roasted soybeans, peanuts, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds. And a beer. And a Diet Coke. 

Then I had to walk half a mile at midnight dragging my suitcase with no sidewalks because the taxi took me to the wrong hotel. At least it had stopped raining by then. Mutter.
