Breakfast: smoothie
Dinner: tuna salad, made with albacore packed in water, mayo, garlic powder, onion flakes, dried dill, salt, pepper, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, & sesame seeds, on a bed of green leafy sprouts.
