Breakfast: smoothie

Snack: watermelon!

Dinner: grilled tri-tip steak with steamed peas, plus some sauerkraut and fermented carrots & parsnips. 

Last night I started some beans soaking. This morning, I rinsed them and am soaking them for another day. I also started some leafy green sprouts. 

After eating some watermelon as a snack, I started the rinds to ferment, plus also the leftover pulp (what we couldn't eat) to use in smoothies. Not sure how that will turn out, but we'll see!

I also put some chia & flax seeds to soak and restarted my water kefir.
