I intended to bring a low carb tortilla with me for lunch, but I forgot, so just had the lunch meat and cheese by itself. 🤷♀️
I goofed and had some (yummy!) Martinelli's sparkling cider with lunch, not noticing until too late that it has something like 40g of carb per serving. Oops. 🙆
After rehearsal, Kat, Ian, Beth, Brianne, & I went to a new local brewery and played "Apples to Apples". Brianne won.

I had 2 beers because they were good and we were having fun with friends. 👍
When we got home, I cycled my water kefir, started a quart of green tea, and started hydrating some chia & flax seeds in kefir for my morning smoothies. I need to start some green leafy sprouts, but I'll do that tomorrow.
