When we got home after our shopping expedition today, I made some pork chops for lunch. I rubbed each chop with the mustard-pesto sauce I used on the chicken back on March 2, then baked them at 350 for about 45 minutes.
OMG SO SO GOOD!
The house smelled heavenly while they baked and they tasted just as good as they smelled. Brianne & I both agree that we like the sauce better on pork chops than we did on the chicken (though it was good there, too). This is definitely a recipe I will have to remember (which is why I linked to it above)!
As a side dish, I reheated the baked beans from Mar 2, too. Brianne had some, but mostly just ate the pork chops with the addition of salsa. I shredded some pecorino Romano cheese onto my beans and pork chops.
Yum!
