Breakfast: smoothie

Lunch: beans & weanies

Dinner: some brisket and kielbasa

Here's a vid of how thick the no-cook strawberry-chia spread turned out after sitting in the fridge overnight. 




It's pourable, but thick enough to use in a PBJ sandwich or on toast, though I'll use it in my smoothies or mixed into plain Greek yogurt.
