Forgot to take a weight pic at home, so this is my weigh-in at the doctor’s office, fully clothed, and after eating breakfast.
Breakfast: McD’s bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit
Lunch: chicken Caesar salad at CostCo. No croutons.
Dinner: smoothie
