Sun June 9 2019

We’re staying at a friend’s house, so no weight pic today. 

Breakfast: whole grain cereal with skim milk





Lunch: chicken teriyaki with tempura shrimp & veggies, California rolls, gyoza, rice, miso soup, & edamame

Dinner: post-concert snacks, chocolate, and fruit.
