Wed, June 14

Morning weight:

 

Breakfast: smoothie

Snack: mixed nuts, Parmesan crisps, & kojak cheese 

Dinner at church, we hosted a youth bell choir from Colorado, and served dinner to them too: cheeseburger, hot dog, baked beans, slaw, a deviled egg, and fruit. 

 

Feeling tired, sniffly, & sneezy. Voice still a bit low.
