Tues, May 30

Forgot to take a weight pic. 

Breakfast: smoothie

Lunch at Subway: salad with rotisserie chicken, provolone cheese, lettuce, spinach, tomato, pickles, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper, avocado, & Parmesan cheese. 

 

Dinner: low carb tortilla with cream cheese, kojak cheese, & mixed nuts.
