No lunch.
Dinner was beef tri-tip cooked in beef broth with green beans, mixed sprouted beans, sesame seeds, and an egg, seasoned with rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and ponzu sauce.
Also: cycled my water kefir and finished and canned the fermented mustard.
One pint for Patti, a half pint for us, and three 4 oz jars for my church bell choir's bake sale this Sunday. 👍
