I think I keep forgetting to take morning weight pics because it’s so cold in the morning that I just want to get dressed ASAP! 😕

Here’s my sleep data:

Breakfast: smoothie 

Lunch at McDonald’s: crispy chicken bacon ranch salad

Snack: mixed nuts

No dinner 

We went on a short hike today to hunt Pokémon in a place not accessible via car, along the Pacific Crest Trail. The PCT goes by a bit near our house, and goes from the Mexican border all the way to the Canadian border.
