On June 17, I flew up to Oakland for Sonos rehearsal. I got some trail mix for the flight:
On July 28, I started adding hemp protein to my morning smoothie. Prior to that, immediately after drinking my smoothie, I sometimes had slight intestinal cramps (from the influx of protein), but the hemp protein seems to have cured that. Yay!
