Forgot to post this morning, so here’s everything!
Breakfast: smoothie
1st break: cheese and mixed nuts
Lunch: ham & cheese on a low carb tortilla
2nd break: a hard boiled egg
Dinner: grilled beef, with a Milano cookie for dessert
