Yeah, here’s everything from today.
Breakfast: smoothie
No lunch
Dinner: I made soup in the crock pot! 5 cups of homemade chicken broth, plus 3 cups of a mix of red lentils, green & yellow split peas, some salt, pepper, and some bouquet garni, & some leftover chicken meat. Yum!! 👍
