Thurs, June 1

Breakfast: smoothie

No lunch.

Dinner: baked chicken thighs with my mustard-pesto rub. Side dish was sautéed onions & garlic, garbanzo beans, sprouted almonds, lentils, & mung beans, plus some dilly cauliflower, and konbudashi-pickled mushrooms & onions, all with a bit of Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper. Also had a bit of sauerkraut and pickled daikon & carrots.

Other things: I cycled my kefir.
