Fri, June 2

Breakfast: 3 medium-boiled eggs (well, steamed in my egg cooker), with a low carb tortilla spread with cream cheese. 

Dinner: sprouted Lady Cream peas, soy beans, & green peas with bacon & beef tri-tip, seasoned with onion, sat & pepper, bay leaf, parsley, oregano, basil, & thyme. 

 

Yum!
