I got busy with things this morning and so forgot to have breakfast. By the time I realized it, it was 12:30 or so, so I had a smoothie.
Dinner was at McDonald's. I had a double quarter pounder with cheese and no bun. I was still hungry, though, so I also had 20 McNuggets.
Not a good food day. 😕
