Sunday, April 2

Today was a low-energy day. We slept in and skipped church. I had a smoothie for brunch. 

After I spent all afternoon doing my post-event paperwork, Brianne made dinner: browned ground beef in Bertoli Organic olive oil, garlic, & basil spaghetti sauce with fresh shredded Percorino Romano cheese on top.

 

I had this with a side of my homemade lacto-fermented daikon & carrots. The pickled carrots & daikon were so good I had an extra serving! 😊

I also had a few pieces of kojak cheese as a snack.
