Lemon & Rooibos jelly
I did the same thing with
Rooibos tea
. Two cups lemon juice & pulp, two cups rooibos tea, two cups sugar, & 3 Tablespoons pectin.
Sugar + Dry Pectin
gel set
so pretty in the sun!
